Flying with Fly Heli was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and professional. The staff made us feel comfortable and excited for what was to come. Once we were in the air, the views were absolutely breathtaking—Lake Michigan, Navy Pier, the Willis Tower, and Millennium Park looked stunning from above. The flight was smooth, and the pilot pointed out key landmarks, which made it even more special.

What stood out the most was how peaceful and exhilarating it felt to see the city from such a unique perspective. It’s truly a one-of-a-kind way to experience Chicago. If you’re considering it, I can’t recommend Fly Heli enough. Totally worth it!

Hands down the best helicopter tour company in the city! From the moment you get started, you are greeted by super friendly employees who help personalize and cater the experience to you. We had to reschedule our flight once due to weather and they were extremely accommodating. The flight was incredible. A doors off helicopter flight has been on my bucket list for a long time now and I’m fortunate to be able to cross it off with one from Vertiport Chicago. The pilot went over safety with us and then asked for any places in the city we wanted to see and curated a route to incorporate those places we discussed. As for the actual ride, it was really smooth and allowed for incredible photos since we were free to shoot wherever we wanted as it was just us and the sky, nothing in between. I got some of the best photos of my life from the flight and will book another flight soon so I can see the city at a different time of day. That’s the other thing that’s worth mentioning, they let you choose when you’d like to fly! Overall, it was an amazing experience and one I will remember for the rest of my life, not only because of the photos I took, but also because of the hospitality of everyone at Vertiport. My flight was done with a friend and I highly recommend bringing someone along to share the experience. I’m certain you’ll continue talking about the flight long after!

It was a thrilling experience but far too short of a ride. There was virtually zero wait because there were two copters running. The location is a bit odd, not far from Rush hospital. The pics are a bit of an overpriced novelty, especially when you don't get prints but we paid for them anyways. Overall, it was a nice time.

absolutely amazing. i highly recommend taking a tour does not matter which one. we took the shoreline [day] tour. we loved it so much we're coming back for a grand tour at night!! thank you Zack and FlyHeli for the tour and the experience. can't wait to see you guys again!!

The experience at Vertigo Chicago was amazing. From the moment we walked in we received excellent service. The staff was friendly and hospitable. The lounge was clean, inviting and very relaxing. I brought my significant other here as a surprise for their birthday. They enjoyed the “Chicago Pilot Experience” tour. He loved every minute of it. He said the views were incredible and felt so elated after flying the helicopter. The pilot was knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and very encouraging. For an extra fee, they do offer to install a go pro in the helicopter to record your flying experience. I’m glad we paid for that service. It’s a nice souvenir to take home and enjoy watching later. I really enjoyed coming here. Booking with them was very easy. They are accommodating and will work with you to reschedule if the weather becomes an issue. Highly recommend this place and can’t wait to go back.

I recently took a doors off flight with Vertiport and had an amazing time. The facility is easy to find and free on site parking is available. The staff is very friendly and responsive. The flight route can be customized and this is a key aspect with Vertiport. Since it was near sunset, we hit some spots where the views were spectacular. The pilot, Mike, was extremely friendly and a pro. He was able to put me in a position to capture some wonderful photos. I highly recommend Vertiport if you want to capture unique views of Chicago.
