Denise booked our cruise for us on the Royal Princess to the Western Caribbean. We received excellent service throughout the entire experience.

Denise helped us select the cabin that best suited our needs. We originally booked an inside cabin but she was able to negotiate an excellent promo price for us to upgrade to a balcony cabin.

Denise also helped us select the best excursions for us based on our preferences. We received much more value booking excurions through her company than directly with Princess. The prices were cheaper and we got more for our money. For example, we booked a foodie tour in Cozumel. If we booked through Princess directly we had the choice of a chocolate tasting tour or a tequila tasting tour, both were $50 each and in the same location, but you could only choose one. With Valente Adventures we were able to book both tours as a combo for $79, and that ended up being one of the best cruise excursions we've ever experienced.

Denise also made sure all our dining preferences were taken care of. This was a family cruise with 18 of us, and she linked all our reservations together so we could all dine together at the same time, and at the same table.

We have cruised on Princess several times before, and everything always went smoothly. On this cruise, there were some things that didn't go well, such as poor service at dinner, etc., so Denise went to work for us after the cruise and negotiated free on board credit for us on a future cruise as compensation for the inconveniences we dealt with on this cruise.

If you're looking for a 5 star travel agent to handle your cruise planning, I highly recommend you go through Valente Adventures and ask for Denise. You will not be disappointed.
