We went on a Mediterranean Cruise that Sarah and Alden put together without a hitch and we had a fantastic time. Flights, transfers, hotels, etc. were all setup which enabled us to enjoy our vacation even more. Hotel locations were excellent and our ship was pristine. I would highly recommend Vacay Model Travels and plan on utilizing them again in the future.

I highly recommend Alden and Sarah! They were absolutely outstanding in handling our recent trip to Europe and our Mediterranean cruise! They provided wonderful suggestions and were quick to respond with any questions we had. Every hotel they recommended for us was perfect - priced right, charming and the location in each city was perfect! Every tour they booked for us was both educational and enjoyable. And, the cruise they recommended was fantastic! Thanks to Alden and Sarah’s hard work and great communication skills, everything went according to plan! We will definitely use them again for future travel.

Had an amazing 9 day trip to Canada . Thanks to Vacay Mode for planning the whole trip! The Rocky Mountaineer train was beautiful and convenient with all the hotels, transfers and meals included. All the excursions we did were also beautiful with friendly tour guides. We had a great birthday trip with many many memories. Can’t wait to book another trip with vacay mode!

I couldn't ask for a more friendly, informative, and professional travel agency. I am most appreciative that Sarah and Alden made sure to ask questions not just about how I wanted my vacation to look, but also how I wanted it to feel. My experience with Vacay Mode Travels has exceeded my expectations and the trip was fantastic. We travelled through Canada on the Rocky Mountaineer and concluded our trip with a visit to Niagara Falls.

There was a bagpiper’s send off in Vancouver as we boarded our car. Our RM crew were professional, funny, and excellent storytellers. It was an experience of a lifetime and we met and befriended fellow travelers. The scenery was stunning and accommodations first class. Banff was the highlight of my trip and our visits to Lake Louise and Moraine Lake were memorable. We also got to observe elk, Big Horn sheep, black bears, bald eagles, Osprey, and other wildlife.

Better experience than we could have imagined! We gave them a few ideas of what we wanted and Sarah & Alden delivered! From the flights, to the drivers, the hotel, the excursions, sunset sail, jeep tour, Coral world, swimming with wild sea turtles! Just amazing and relaxing to know everything was safe, legit, and a dream come true!! Thanks again, can’t wait to book again soon!!

Sarah and Alden were great. I had multiple switch ups/last minute requests and everything was handled smoothly. I didn’t know what I wanted and they were able to set me up nicely and give me the most relaxed and smoothest vacation I could’ve asked for. The Hotel was awesome as well.

Vacay mode travels recently put together our latest trip going to Africa, Paris, and London for 15 days. They did an incredible job! Sarah and Alden were quick to respond when we had questions, which was reassuring. They even had an app for us to download that had our complete itinerary with every detail. It was so easy and clear to follow. We could not be happier with the results. Sarah and alden were very trustworthy and great to work with. They have great customer service and I would highly recommend this business! 5 star!!

Alden and Sarah are the BEST!!! They took care of every detail for our trip to Kauai Hawaii. It was our first time to Hawaii and we had no clue where to start. I totally put this trip in their hands. The whole trip ran smoothly without one problem at all! They did all the research needed to make it an enjoyable experience for us.
