Jane was very informative on my rescheduling my vacation. I needed to make sure the other people in the group going were comfortable with the new dates I chose she offered to call me back so I could check with everyone glad I did because they were looking at different dates so she checked and got me set up with the new dates. Totally deceiving. I was charged immediately for what they were advertising for 4days/3 nights at Westgate resort in Vegas. This company called me the next day and told me that’s not available and that coincidentally they don’t have anything g left for my travel dates and told me they would connect me with a new company that does have available accommodations for my dates. I said “okay”. The other company called me and tried to offer me a 2-star hotel that is 20 minutes from where they require me to go to their seminar for 2 hours. They could not give me a time for the seminar, so basically I can’t even have a planned itinerary for one of my travel days. If you’re wondering what the catch is. This is it. They will advertise a nice resort and then try to stick you in a 2-star HOTEL. They also proceeded to tell me that not even 24 hours later I am going to face early cancellation charges after they already got $76 from me for giving me the run around and false advertisement. Not a great experience at all. They will then respond to this review and say that they are sorry that you’re confused because they don’t have any reservations under your name. BEWARE, this is part of their scheme where they tell you they have no reservations so they are transferring you to another company that has accommodation available. So furthermore, they tell you they are going to report this review as false information. READ THE REVIEWS!!! It’s very strategic, like most scams.
