Angee planned the absolute, most perfect vacation for us!! We had never been to Mexico before so we didn't know what to expect. We were a little nervous about safety but we felt very safe the entire trip. We didn't have to think about a thing....travel from the airport and back was taken care of, Angee gave us great information ahead of time regarding where to eat, how much to tip, how much money we would need for extras, great shopping areas, etc. We stayed at an amazing resort in Puerto Morales - were on the beach most of the time, went swimming, ate amazing food, and went on some fun shopping excursions. Thank you, Angee, for one of our best vacations ever! We will definitely be returning!

Vacations with flair has been our go to travel agents! We planned our destination wedding with them 7 years ago and have used them for every trip out of the country since. We just got back from another one. Our whole trip was so amazing! My wife and I watched the Fyre Festival documentary on Netflix, and my only response to that debacle of a vacation in the Bahamas, was that this is why we use Vacations with Flair. I'm 100% positive that the people that endured those injustices there, could have had the security and confidence with Angee and her team to create more memorable and amazing experiences around the globe.

From missing a connection while on a delayed first leg and having a re-booked seat before we even land, to squaring away parking at the airport while we are flying, this is the level of service you don't even know to think about or ask for. Her team has vetted where we travel to personally, makes suggestions on food choices and transfer arrangements, and even orchestrates an elevated surprise with each trip.

I have been fortunate enough to be able to experience that level of service from Vacations with Flair, from everything like romantic weekends, honeymoons on inclusive resorts, domestic travel surprises where she picked the itinerary and we just showed up, or even family Disney trips. The exact same level of detail is paid to each experience, and the result is consistently second to none. Please don't hesitate to place your trust in Angee and her team.

We were extremely disappointed with the quality of service provided by Angee and her staff. We booked our vow renewal over a year prior to our event date. We were provided with our invoice March 2018 and had until May 2019 to complete payment. Well, April 2019 less than 60 days until final payment is due; Angee then sent us an "updated invoice" advising that there was a discrepancy in the child rate and we were now responsible for paying the difference. Neither Angee nor her staff did anything to help us or our guests due to their error. Instead, Angee stated that we should have looked at the rates on the resort website and crossed referenced them with the rates she provided. Clearly, I should have booked directly through the resort instead of through Vacations with Flair since Angee was no help whatsoever. The resort wedding coordinator was much more helpful than the Vacations with Flair team.

I would not use this agency. Waited 4 hours at the airport due to the travel agent (Angee Shields) dropping the ball. And you think they tried to make it right? Nope. Instead, they passed the buck. Once I finally arrived, I found that I wasn’t the only one who had issues with the agency. They wanted to handle all business through text messages which, in my opinion, is the worst way of communicating in business. You have been warned.
