I was very impressed by their customer service. Less than a week before our vacation, one of my family members ended up in the ICU. We had to cancel the trip. They got me a full refund without any cancelation charges. When everybody is healthy again I will be sure to come back to Vacations Hawaii.

There were over 40 people that booked thru Vacations Hawaii on our flight to Vegas on Hawaiian Air. Many of them including myself and my daughter were seated far apart even though we booked months in advance and had confirmed seats. After calling Vacations Hawaii, they said there was nothing they could do, and Hawaiian Air blamed it on Vacations Hawaii. My suggestion is DO NOT book Vacations Hawaii if you want to have your trip to start off with a negative experience! They should compensate everyone affected by this complete mess up in seating!

Their website can be confusing so I booked a trip, I picked my hotel and then it asked me for my dates. I entered my dates. I figured after I selected my hotel I was gonna pick an airline or something. No where on the website did it say "flight not included" I wasn't aware that I needed to book a "group travel" since it was only my boyfriendand & I traveling. I called to clarify why I didn't see any flight information in my confirmation email. Even tho the booking says "passengers/guests" and then on the hyper link to show you "additional fees & baggage information" it populated a hawaiian airlines disclosure. The company is charging me $50.00 to cancel my hotel even tho I am canceling within 24hours. Only way to avoid the $50 fee is to book the flights with them at over $1000.00 per person. I wouldn't recommend using their assistance when trying to book a vacation. Priceline for 2 people hotel and flight round trip is less than $1000. I wish I could post a screen shot showing you how confusing it is. I think I should've been refunded the 50 bucks. Wasn't like I canceled a week later or days before. What a shame.

Dana Tsuchitori was a great help when I needed to make last minute arrangements to join my dad in Las Vegas. My dad had been having more trouble getting around safely so I felt that I needed to keep an eye on him. Dana helped make the arrangements so that I could go and got me a great price! I am so thankful for him!

The reservation personnel are all very nice and helpful. The planes seating is a bit tight in the Premium and Coach seating but I still go with Vacations Hi cause they take care of the luggage. Once you check in at the Airport, they have the bags delivered to your room about 1 to 2 hrs after landing, many times its sooner then that, also transportation to and from airport is provided and also 3 meals a day coupons are included for the length of your stay.
