Sheryl Bayers has been helping my wife and I plan vacations for several years. She has planned/coordinated at least 16 separate trips for us and every one of them has been perfect, she is the absolute best! We won’t use anyone else. She goes above and beyond to help and it’s clear Sheryl enjoys helping people. She has given us so many tips and tricks that have saved us both money and hassle. In my opinion, worst travel agency around. They like to prey on the elderly. Planned an 80th birthday trip for my husband. We asked for a guided tour - bus picks up at the hotel. Instead we were given an oyster card and told we would need to use that for transportation. When we showed displeasure with this, was informed that we should take a cab. We had to cancel because my husband nor I could do the walking they wanted us to do. We paid very good money for this trip. Still have not received a refund. United Airlines refunded our entire cost of trip; however, Travel Plex kept $500.00. This should be a crime all by itself. So sad that you have to make a living by feeding on the elderly. Had to give them 1 star or this comment would not post. They receive Zero stars in my book.
