Hello Guys! I wanted to share my experience with vacationhomelettings. What a wonderful service, very helpful staff. I have gone through many websites, but every time I found differences in the prices what I saw on their website and what I suppose to pay to the owners but with this company I paid what I saw on the page. Nice host, good property with nice services. No hidden charges. It was great..I will give them 5 out of 5.

I have received multiple fraudulent charges from this website totaling almost $948 US. I'm fighting these charges with my credit card company.
Their phone number doesn't work nor the phone number listed on their website contacts. Use this site at your own risk.

I want to share the experience we had with Vacationhomelettings and report the way they do business.
My parents have a holiday home in Spain, they received a call from this website, from a lady called "Clara Velazques". They were not interested in advertising the house in their website but the lady was very insisting and promised them they will have bookings via the website. If within the first 4 months there were no bookings, they would refund the total amount (150 EUR) back in their account.
After multiple calls where she confirms the refund will be done, there is no sign of any money. Emails are not answered and they are not picking up the phone any longer.
It's a shame they are taking advantage of the innocence of people, insisting and lying.
I just wanted to report the situation and the way the company is operating, as I do not wish other people are getting scammed.

Son unos estafadores. Clara Velazques se puso en contacto con mis padres para que pusieran su casa en la pagina web, les pedian 150 euros y les prometieron que se lo devolvian si no conseguian clientes en 4 meses... despues de 5 meses no tenemos noticias, ni cogen el telefono ni responden a los emails. Todas las promesas son por telefono claro, se aprovechan de gente inocente para hacer negocio. Deberia de daros verguenza!

Buenos días!

Me di de alta como alojamiento el pasado Marzo, con CLARA VELAZQUES, me garantizo que si en seis meses no recibía ninguna reserva me devolvían los 180€, pero casi me aseguraba que las iba a tener si o si. El 29/07/2021 escribí a Clara solicitando devolución de los 180€ pagados, no obtuve respuesta alguna, por lo que el 05/08/2021 volví a escribir, y hoy he vuelto a escribir, no hace falta que os cuente que hasta el momento no he obtenido respuesta, ni mi dinero ha venido de vuelta, ni he recibido reserva alguna...

Suerte, que como ya me había ocurrido esto con más portales, tengo grabada la llamada donde me garantiza todas las reservas que voy a tener y que en caso de lo contrario me devuelve el dinero, espero que esta reseña sirva para futuros hospederos, para que no se anuncien en este portal.

Es una lástima que vayáis por el mundo engañando a la gente, mis alojamientos se encuentran a 100km de Madrid, en un pueblo, y le dije a Clara que este plataforma no servía para este tipo de alojamientos, pero después del covid, estaba como loca por recuperar clientes, y tantas garantías me dio, que aquí me veo escribiendo. Con el sentimiento de haber sido timada, en la peor situación económica posible.

Es absolutamente intolerable que cobran un coste fijo por garantizar el alquiler de un apartamento al propietario, y no lo alquilan y no realizan de una forma automática la devolución que garantiza algo que no han realizado
