I had THE BEST experience with this company and our travel agent Gini Beth Welch! We planned a destination wedding to St Lucia and it would NOT of been as easy as it was without her! She was there for everything I needed AND all 40 of our guests needs. She was very quick to respond and got in touch with the island any time I needed her. She went above and beyond and joined my phone calls with the wedding planner in St Lucia to make sure everything went the way I wanted. She also made sure all the guest had their documents in order and everyone was ready for such an exciting time in my life! Thank you so much Gini Beth!

Five stars are not enough for Vacation Concierge. Allen Young and his team are such a professional group of people who are both knowledgeable and cost-effective when planning vacations. It is not worth your time to do it yourself when Allen will allow you to sit back while he plans your dream excursion.

I would recommend Allen to anyone! He was extremely helpful to my fiance and I when planning our honeymoon. He gave us tons of great options and even looked up options that I threw out there. We ended up going with one of the first ones he gave us. He was so patient with the tons of questions we had, and answered every one of them. He will for sure be our first choice again when traveling anywhere!

I asked Allen why should I pay you to book a cruise when I can go online and do it myself? He educated me. First, they can usually do it for less money. He knows the ins and outs of most airports and docks. They also know which excursions to take and which ones to avoid, the good parts of the vessel to stay and the restaurants to book. These are only a few examples. I recommend calling him if you are at all interested in having more fun and less worrying. Shawn
