Why would anyone pay 99.00 a day for a car thats very basic no blue tooth, no gps, no extra fills you usually get from a rental car. Luckily i got a discount from my insurance compant but still!!! The people dont know what they are talking about. They called and said
I was due back yesterday all my paperwork shows today. Then they went and charged me an additional day for something that was paid in full and wasnt late. Ridiculous i will never use them again!!! I would rather drive an hour to a hertz or budget etc.

The most racist company I have ever experienced in my life there are only 2 African Americans working there and the rest are Caucasian. I was signing documents and really didn't understand why Everytime I put a piece of paper in the ladies' hand she would return it back to me sitting it on the counter like my hands are dirty. I will never rent or purchase a vehicle there. If I hand you money you return my money by sitting it on the counter. You don't need African American businesses. At all.

I recently needed a rental car while mine was in the shop. The staff at U-Save Car and Truck Rental were very friendly and professional. Within 10 minutes of walking in l was driving away in a Kia Forte with less than a thousand miles on it. Turn in was just as quick and efficient and they even gave me a ride to the mechanic shop to pick up my car. Overall 10 out of 10!

For 10 years now, I have rented from U-Save, at least twice a year from 3 to 15 days at a time. I use them when I need to be reliable, like the 200 mile trips to the Augusta VA doctor appointments and the 2,000 mile trips to New York.
Make reservations; include them in your plans.

It has now been 12 years and I am still just as satisfied as I always have been with U-Save.
