My sister and her husband from Korea completed a 6-night, 7-day Western U.S. tour in November. I used this company twice before, but never again. Helen at this company is crazy. I requested information on a tour that Aju Tour had on their website and she screamed and told me not to talk back to her. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! You will not receive any customer service nor any respect!!!! Who hires a person like that?

Our tour guide Sofia literally went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure every passenger was comfortable and fun! Couldnt have asked for a better Guide plus going on this trip made me feel as if I should start being a better person also, but thats just me. The whole trip was a peaceful bliss knowing you can trust everyone and feel as if your at home cuz thats how they welcome you, especially with the Guide Sophia. Your the best and I did cry after the whole trip was over.

My family traveled for 7days/6night 'American West' and it was the foremost, excellent tour that you can imagine. The itinerary includes Las Vegas, Grand Canyon, Antelope Canyon, Zion, Bryce Canyon, San Francisco, Yosemite and you name it and you would see all of these sublimely spectacular views at very affordable price. The bus was a VVIP bus equipped with Wi-fi, charging station, very comfy seat and even you can enjoy a movie. Every second, my family was very happy with the service provided by Aju tours and he said that he cannot forget the all the memories forever. Every single meal was so delicious and they also provided with Korean food so that all the tourists were so satisfied with food. The hotels which accommodated the tourists were so clean and comfy and absolutely there was no complaint. The best part was the tour guide(Mr. Park, CW) who is a warm-hearted veteran in guiding this tour. He was such a professional to coordinate all the schedule smoothly and delivered very articulate explanation so all the tourists learned a lot. We cannot thank you enough to Aju Tours! Absolutely it is the best tour company and definitely we will come back!

It was an amazing time to travel with Sofia. She is very caring person to be with and fun and friendly as well. What I really liked was the tour bus. They have the most comfortable chairs. The driver Roberto was great too!!
