Decent for Kids, but Lacking for Adults

I recently visited this indoor urban park with my family, and while it's a decent spot for children, it left a bit to be desired for adults. The play areas kept the kids entertained for hours, but beyond that, there wasn’t much to do for anyone over the age of 12. A few seating areas for parents were available, but nothing particularly comfortable or engaging.

The cleanliness was another issue. While it wasn't terrible, the park could have been better maintained. The bathrooms, in particular, were well below standard — they seemed neglected and in need of serious attention. Also, for the price of admission, I expected more in terms of amenities and upkeep. It felt a bit overpriced considering the experience.

Overall, it's fine if you're looking for a place to let your kids burn off some energy, but don't expect much in the way of adult-friendly features or a spotless environment.

My first time here was for my son’s 7th birthday party. We payed for the vip room package. The pizza was decent. Our party host did a great job taking care of us. The room was clean and well maintained. Everyone that attended the party had a great time. The restrooms were clean. Overall I thought the entire place was clean. There is a decent amount of places for the parents to sit. There are a few wall mounted flatscreens for the parents to watch which is nice. I do wish they did have more comfortable sitting options for the parents. I am impressed with the variety of things for the children to do. Trampolines, obstacle course with ball pit, balance beam with foam pit, zip line, rope course, climbing walls, large inflatable spinning tube, even a special play area for children 52 inches and under. The snack bar has a decent variety of options. There is an ample amount of tables and chairs by the snack bar. I decided to sign up my two boys for the monthly membership. I definitely recommend this place.

Crazy that I spent roughly $65 for my kids to have fun and this is what we see. Bathroom is dirty and no paper towels. A employee walked out right after I walked so the employees know that their customers cannot dry their hands. Ordered a pretzel for my daughter. Took 15 minutes to get it. This place is super dirty. Employee forgot about it until I walked up there. Not worth the money. Take the family elsewhere.

I visited Urban Air recently, and it was super fun! My kids have been members for two years, and I've seen a lot of changes. Before, the place looked old and a bit broken. But now, it's much better!

Here are the things I liked:
- The arcade is at the front now, and there are more grown-ups watching to keep everyone safe.
- There are staff making sure kids follow the rules when jumping.

One thing I hope they fix is the pizza oven. It's always broken when we visit, and it would be nice to have something to eat other than candy and sugary drinks.

A big thanks to the manager, Eric, for making Urban Air so much better! I also think it would be cool if they had special overnight events like the ones I went to as a kid at great skate. We could drop the kids off at 7 PM and pick them up at 7 AM. They could have a great time with music, dance battles, and group games!

Overall, Urban Air is a great place for kids to have fun and stay active!

This place has changed as far as owners and management. it's been 9 months to a year since I was here last. Come back with my kid because she finally wants to come back. HOLY GEEZ this place is horrible. The price for admission went way up and the socks are like 6 bucks. The food quality, I'll just say you might as well eat your own vomit. Got my daughter nachos and she didn't want those anymore. Then I tried and I said go throw those in the trash This place just went to crap.

We were there about a month ago (on a Thursday), and almost changed plans because of the overly negative reviews. My kids had a great time and I’m glad we still went. The staff was very diligent about doing everything they could to keep things clean. The bathrooms were clean, tables wiped down, no big messes left unattended. Some of the attractions are a little worn out and although it would be nice to have brand new coverings, that’s just not reality.Hayden checked us in and was great about recommending a package that was appropriate for the attractions that we wanted to use. Staff was available at the snack bar. If you’re going on a Saturday and there’s 400 people in the facility, expect the place to be hot, busy, and to have to wait in line sometimes.

I have been at the Goodyear location with my grandkids at least a dozen times. I went today 7/6/24 and after filling out the waiver paying 30 dollars for socks and admission getting 10 dollars of refreshments my granddaughter went to enjoy the park. 10 minutes later my granddaughter returned to say that she was told that if she did another flip they would kick her out. She then said that employees were following her and threatened her again when she did a straddle jump. She then came to me at the table and explained everything. I went to the front desk and asked why you can't do a flip at a trampoline park and they said it was corporate rules established 6 months ago. I said that I did not know the changes and I would like a refund for my admission and their response was they don't give refunds. I pleaded my case stating that we have never had this problem before that we just want a refund. Their answer was still No! I left after paying almost 50 dollars for 15 minutes. I ask anyone reading this to go to another park where people are treated fairly with respect!!!
