Recently almost fainted while driving from Pittsburg , I was able to at least make it to the hospital in time , luckily
My experience was remarkable!
From check in to next day departure
The nurses were outstanding,in every way
Dr brown & Dr Moore in particular was considerate in his explanation so l could understand my situation thank you so much

This hospital really deserves 0 stars. The fact they have such rude and useless drs such as Dr. Brown is ridiculous. You report them and the hospital does nothing about it. This man refused to check my son who had a fever (the same day my daughter passed away and all she had was a fever) because he was so sure my daughter passed from a seizure which was completely false! This "Doctor" needs to fired! Completely useless!!!

If Dr. Arnold in on duty in the ER, turn around and go elsewhere. Spoke with me for 3 minutes. Did not examine me or image, nothing. Said sciatica, which is the back of the leg, not the front. Just told me follow up with the VA. I am on too many meds for him to take the time to find something that wont interact with them. Pure laziness to me, he was 100% checked out. Patients are supposed to leave an er comfortably. What a joke. Healthcare in this country is AWEFUL.

First time coming here and absolutely the best care from the nurses LNAs and doctor. Went to our primary care who didn’t catch a bilateral pneumonia which the staff here did. So very thankful to ALL the staff for all they did for us to get us home safe!

If I could give this hospital 0 stars I would. The care I got today for my son today was horrible. The nurse and Dr Arnold in particular were rude and unprofessional. The snide remarks coming from Dr Arnold to my 7 year old son about how my son must love Drs because he’s been seen a lot is unacceptable!!! Something needs to be done about this place and the horrible staff!!!!!

NEVER GO HERE!!!! THIS PLACE IS THE WORST HOSPITAL EVER.... First off very very unprofessional no matter how they approach you. This HOSPITAL staff don't and will not listen too you about health problems. This HOSPITAL doesn't know how to take care of people the right way, this HOSPITAL will take care of the smallest health problem you have and send you on your way... What a Band-Aid Station this place is.... So if your ill or dying and you want a Band-Aid this is the place....What a joke this place is.... Shut down immediately or RE STAFF THE WHOLE HOSPITAL!!!!!

I am new to Colebrook, NH and was afraid to see new doctors at a new place, Upper Connecticut Valley Hospital. So far, my fears were completely unwarranted… Everyone I’ve seen has been exceptionally friendly and very helpful.

Back in Boston, where I live, all the hospitals are megasized and impersonal. Every specialist has hundreds and hundreds of patients. I’m always surprised they can remember me at all. When you call to make appointments, the assistants can be very rude, annoyed and impatient. I’m sure that’s from dealing with all the crazy that comes with the city. Then, they tell you the next appointment is anywhere from three months to two years away. Yes, I’ve waited two years, on several occasions, to see a specialist in Boston.

In the tiny town of Colebrook, it is simply refreshing to be greedy and in a friendly manner by professionals who don’t seem like they’re constantly running late and rushing you. Sometimes, I call and M able to get an appointment the same week. I went into see the podiatrist, and they did the procedure during my appointment… No rescheduling three months later, to collect a second, overpriced visit fee. I’m very impressed.

THE DEAL: UCVH, Upper Connecticut Valley Hospital, May not be researching cures for diseases and publishing papers in medical journals, but it offer you some thing big city hospitals don’t: time. Take your time with your visit and relax, they are going to make time for you here!

A big and heart felt thank you goes out to Kyla and Laurie in cardiac rehab. If it weren't for your caring and compassion I probably wouldn't have made it, but I did and glad of it.
