On Aug 10 my wife lost connecting flight departing JFK 7 30 pm.Itwas due to 3 hour delayed Jet Blue flight from Tampa.
My wife could not get any help in person (Air Serbia pesonel left gate - Term 1)or from Jet Blue at Term 5..
In desperation I called Unlimited Travel at almost 9 pm Easten time.I knew it was couple hours after office hours,
Than Nena/Mima called me back and one of them went back to office to gain computer access.
THEY RESOLVED MY WIFE TROUBLES AND REBOOK HER ( NO FEES) FOR NEXT DAY FLIGHT TO BELGRADE
They have done way more than excellent service.
THIS WAS EXTRAORDINARY CUSTOMER SERVICE.

For years we are buying flight tickets through this agency, and never had any issues. This year, Lufthanza canceled our flight last minute, we were supposed to fly back on Saturday morning, they canceled the flight Friday night. In very short time( less than an hour) girls from the agency ( Mima and Nena) found another flight for us with another carrier. Upon arrival to Chicago, I saw many articles written about chaos on European airports, with many canceled flights and people getting stuck on airports for a long time. Thanks to ladies from this agency, we avoided these unpleasant situations completely! Plus, they contacted me few times through the journey to make sure everything is ok. Thank you ladies! I will sure keep using your agency snd recommended it to my friends!

I want here to get a passport photo the lady took the picture when I took it to the post office they told me they can accept photos with glasses on so I go back and I tell the lady she took another picture I go back to the post office and send it off a few weeks later I get a letter in the mail stating that they can accept a picture because it was way too blurry I bring the letter back to the travel place the lady tells me she already took one photo for me I told her it was her fault she shoulda known you can't take one of my glasses she refused to take another picture without paying or refused to give me a refund
