Hacen las cosas, pero sin importancia. Son gente que solo les importa ganar el dinero y se aprovechan de la gente pobre que no entiende mucho. Hicieron los taxes de mi mama y lo entregaron con su nombre incorrecto. Despues le dijieron que no tenia que pagar y que espere una carta de IRS. Cuando ellos hacen la cuenta y saben cuanto deben al IRS al final. Y mi pobre madre esperando pero nada llego hasta despues de abril y el IRS le cobro interes por no pagar. Cuando mi mama regreso a arreglar su nombre y decirles que le cobraron interes dijieron que "no es una gran cosa tener el nombre mal" y sobre el interes dijieron "ah 25 dolares no es nada". Nunca pidieron disculpa solo estaban culpando a mi madre por no fijarse. Tengan cuidado y pongan atencion a sus cosas si van. Y si pueden vayan a otro lugar donde le respeten mas y hagan las cosas bien y con amabilidad.
