Had a terrible experience with the “Manager” Traci, or Tracey today when going to this place. I felt absolutely belittled and stigmatized. I had to go to this check cashing place to cash a check mailed from my job. Upon trying to cash my check she states the check is too old. The check date was August 14th and I literally just received it in the mail TWO DAYS AGO. Mind you, just last week this same Traci told me they cash checks up to 30 days. How do you tell me my check is too old when dated AUGUST 14th, 2020? I knew right then and there it wasn’t a case of the check being too old. I was profiled and assumed to be trying to cash a fraudulent check. Once that excuse didn’t fly, she then proceeded to tell me Bank Of America doesn’t verify for them. Bank of America is my place of employment but the check is a Citibank check I received from overpayment while on my maternity leave. I’ve never had a problem with cashing my checks at this business up until my dealings with Traci, who when asked, said she didn’t have access to corporates number or any contact for management over her. I am still extremely disappointed in how I was treated and how the situation was handled. I WILL BE IN CONTACT WITH THEIR CORPORATE OFFICE DURING NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS. To this Traci who so wrongly judged me, I would like you to know I am an educated, college-Degreed, respectable, hard worker, and full time mother. I work hard for everything I have and I would never own a fraudulent check. Traci, I don’t want to, but I am going to pray for you because the world deserves those who are less evil, judgemental, and assuming the worst in people like you. I am also going to pray you lose your job. You don’t deserve to have it if you are that malicious and blatantly lie.

I went there yesterday and the lady was asking me a BUNCH of questions about my check just because it was a large amount and said she didn't feel comfortable cashing the check like seriously!?!?!?! You're a check cashing place!!!!! I'm assuming she thought it was fake, but I went to the police station and they confirmed it was in fact real and also to my bank! I will NEVER go there again. A friend of mine also had a problem there being accused her check was fake so she went to another place instead and they cashed it for her. Don't work somewhere if you can't even tell the difference between a real and a fake check!!!!

I've never had any major issues with this place but today 9/14/19 I went to cash my paycheck..
The door, Google, website, all say Saturdays closing time is 4:00pm. Why did I come here at 3:27 and the door is locked..
A customer on the store kept turning around looking at me.
I called atleast 10X back to back..
They answered #7 "hold please"

Phone call #8 (picks up phone and places is down) "voices in background"

Phone call #9 Hangs up..

Phone call #10 No longer answered..

I left the parking lot at 3:52pm. 9/14/19

This location comes up with new procedures every week when it comes to cashing a check. Find somewhere else to cash checks and bills. Same poor girl in there alone with a line full of people. This is a sorry establishment!!
