I was doing good and working hard, but got fired because of a background check. This company doesn't care about good workers, just good backgrounds. If you want a sweet job just apply through a temp agency, stand around for eight hours a day and go home. That is why you should never buy a Honda, Unipress-Alabama needs to hire people based on job performance not for what they did in the past.

They are very short on help. Due to the lack of employees they are having to work 7- 12 hour shifts just to try to keep their heads above water. Therefore the people are over worked and tired. They don't take the time to train the new hires in an efficient manner.
But if they had a full crew things would smooth out and be a whole lot better.
