I reached out to John when my two daughters and I wanted to take a cruise to Croatia. I cannot overstate how wonderful he was. He responded immediately, even when he was out of town with his own family, made sure that everything was right, including transportation services, followed up, and never complained. I swear I nag the poor man to death, but he was always patient and kind. He really is amazing and our trip was too. It would’ve been fine, but it was amazing with John‘s help
