Beautiful, affordable option for a wedding venue! The water clerk was so laid back and pleasant to deal with. The venue came with lots of tables and chairs. Very spacious and easily transforms into a beautiful space.

We attended a wedding there. It was a very beautiful setting for a wedding. The building was very old so the electricity and plumbing were added later. It was not a large venue, but perfect for smaller weddings. They had room for serving food and drinks. The food had to be brought in as the facility was not large enough for making it on the premises. We were not disappointed. I think the family hosting the wedding was very happy with the choice for this venue.

Such a beautiful place to rent however me along with several others have been denied our deposits back because they state it was not clean when parties left! The excuse I got for not getting my deposit back was because they spotted a dusty footprint and because of that $200 was denied back to me.
They also denied several deposits before mine stating they couldn’t determine which parties were leaving the mess which tells you they do not check after each event for trash or damages. Very poor management since city hall took over.

The place it self is as pictured, however if someone brings their own alcohol, and you didn’t approve it, know that they will not refund your deposit even if you didn’t do anything wrong. We left twin oaks exceptionally clean. The man in charge is rude and hateful.

The grounds were well kept. They should have done something for the eclipse though. We were lucky to so here to view it and it was a great nice looking place. Just a shame they weren't having anything thing. We were there mostly by ourselves as well.

I grew up in front of this building. It has a very pretty view of Lake Hamilton. My brother got married there a few months back and it was very nice.

Beautiful place to have a wedding, it's air conditioned , has a kitchen. Plenty of tables and chairs to use archways on either end with a nook and fireplaces
