Beware when booking with Turo- the host who provides the cars can cancel your reservation (even after they have confirmed) at any time. You have no guarantee that your rental reservation will be ready when you arrive for pickup. Not a good business model. I'm not going to risk taking a trip, and not sure that my rental will be there.

I reserved a 2019 suv, within the next couple days I canceled on the app. I took my trip and on the day of I get a notification the driver and suv are at the airport. Are you kidding After calling Turo directly and defending the fact I canceled, having to battle out this false transaction to find out on arrival back home that they kept $72.13. I had Enterprise rental and they were a joy to work with. Not one issue. I also had 24 hour grace period to pick up the car and return. And I saved $172 on a 2024 Exhibition unlimited miles vs a 2019 Highlander limited miles. WOW

I had used Turo many many times previous to this last experience. EVERYONE BEWARE. My host actually submitted one of MY photos from my day one walk around as proof that I caused damage. MY PHOTO. THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON SINCE RETURNING TGE CAR 6/23. I have consistently asked for a different adjustmenter AND a supervisor to call me. Neither happened they did however graciously charge me $900 even after I stated in writing several times over I will not authorize anything until this was settled. Absolutely absurd that this the starndard level of care.WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND TURO TO ANY ONE

Convenient location. The car was where it was supposed to be. DM came out and greeted me. Gas tank was full. Car was clean. The car got great gas mileage. I would rent again.
