Some services not available in ER. They'll just tell you to make an appointment if it's the weekend. Overall the doctors and nurses are nice. The secretaries are usually the ones with attitudes. You have to call the dental dept at 8:30 am exactly to make an appointment. No walk ins for the dentist. The appointments are 2 weeks out. I had to call them twice for a dentist appointment for my 3 year old but they finally made an appointment for her. If no one is in the women's clinic lobby desk just go in the waiting room and talk to the ladies at the desk in there to check in. Cafeteria is open again.

Waited outside with daughter,they have a playground for kids,shade,bench if u wanna sit down,kids will be happy

All dept are great . With the exception of the pharmacy.. I have been there trying to deal with getting my meds.. they say go the refill line. You go there and then they say no... you have to go to main pharmacy to get your meds.. which is it.. do I go up or do I go down..

All is good except for the PUBLIC WIFI! They need to open that back up! I'm there a lot of the time for my wife and her appointments and I still have to kill my data!

TMC is my service area, so I have no choice but to go there; but I am not complaining. Service is fast, customer service is normally good. And, the place looks nice and clean. Even a person that not from the area says, TMC looks more like a mall then a hospital. I also like the online Personal Health Record, but wish there was an app for TMC. Also, wish there was a telehealth or virtual clinic.

Unfortunately, I only visit here when my job comes into play. I work with Rollie Mortuary. That should explain why I come to this hospital. Other than that I believe it to be a great place.
