It was really such a stress-relief working with Tracy. I was tasked with planning an extended family trip to Scotland (never been before) and no idea where to start. I had planned a big trip like this before but this time I decided I could really use the help. So, I scrolled Virtuoso and found a planner that was local to me -- Tracy! It was great working with Tracy. It was like working with a friend where we could bounce ideas off of each other and riff and really pull the dials between budget and adventure together. Speaking of, she was really accommodating to my families tight budget as well. I'm sure it wasn't easy! But overall, when we got on the trip, it was super seamless. Everything was planned out to the T. We had a pre-trip meeting and that really helped me and my fiance know ahead of time of what to expect and the trip was super easy for us and best part of all, was that my parents and aunties were super happy to have experienced Scotland together. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

We recently planned our May honeymoon with Tracy’s assistance at True Blue Waters. Tracy came up with some fantastic hotel recommendations for Aruba and was willing to look up other hotels at other destinations that met our price range. She was always helpful and willing to go the extra mile. She booked our hotel for us and offered to book airfare as well to give us a truly hands off approach. We also had the option to book excursions thru her. She relieved a lot of headaches for travel booking! Our hotel, Bucuti & Tara, was quiet, adults only(exclusive) and amazing. The beach was unmatched and the service was unparalleled.
We will be using Tracy for our future travels! Highly recommend

Tracy made my trip experience a complete breeze! It can be stressful trying to curate the perfect vacation with multiple cities and countries but Tracy took care of literally everything from hotels, flights, trains, activities, ride pick-ups to and from the airport, along with curated maps to use while we were in each location with local favorites, giving us the perfect balance of scheduled activities and time to choose our own adventure (or just relax in the hotel). I cannot recommend her enough and can't wait to plan my next trip with her.

My wife and I have an incredible experience working with Tracy! We decided to go to Paris on short notice. Tracy organized the entire trip in less than a week including tickets to Roland Garros (notoriously difficult to procure), river boat cruise, and custom living arrangements. Tracy was so professional, organized, detail oriented, and responsive. This was my first time using a travel agent, and I would use her 1000 times over again. Not only did she accommodate my wish list of activities but went a step beyond and recommended nearby restaurants and sights to see for each place we went in Europe. She created curated google maps that made it simple to view while on vacation. Tracy made the planning process seem not so overwhelming by prioritizing which task to do first. She even booked several trains and all of our hotels for us to make it easier on us. We spent 2 weeks in Europe visiting 4 different countries and there is no way this trip would have been so amazing had it not been for Tracy. I am so thankful that we used her and would recommend her to anybody I know.

Tracy was incredibly thorough from start to finish in helping us plan our honeymoon! From initial phone calls and planning, to helping us tackle day-of travel obstacles and checking up on us afterwards- we are so grateful for her! Our honeymoon wouldn't have been what it was without her help! She found us great places to stay, found and booked excursions we had the best time doing and remained at our disposal in the process. We felt that she really listened to our desires for the trip and catered everything specifically to us.
