Got my refund back but disappointed my rappelling session had to be cancelled since I was the only one that booked for Monday. It wasn’t mentioned anywhere prior that a minimum 3 person booking was required. Not until I got an email today saying that.

I had some time to kill on a February weekend while working in Huntsville so I reserved a time to do some rappelling with True Adventure Sports. I was not disappointed. Isiah and Junior were very knowledgeable and professional. Prior to arriving to the rappelling site (which was a short drive from the business) they stopped at an overlook for a view of the canyon and discussed some of the local edible plants which was very interesting.

At the rappelling site I was able to get three rappels down an 80+ foot cliff. They were very professional on their procedures and you can tell that their first priority was safety. Afterwards they provided me with local areas of interest to check out while I was in the area.

I definitely enjoyed my time there and thought it was reasonable for the price. I would use their services again if I ever return to the area.

My husband loved his experience and learned so much. Everyone was accommodating and answered all our questions. Wished he wouldn't had talked so much at check in and could've got a 3rd repell in since it was only 2 people that day. Nonetheless he had a great time. I paid an additional $15 (walker fee) to drive him to spot (we followed our guide) and stand on a cliff and take pictures/videos in a public area. I guess it's a small price to pay for all the knowledge and experience he got. The guides did answer any of my questions as well and I felt included even though I didn't repell. Can't wait to take hubby back for a class.

Really great people who want you to get the most out of your adventure. Our guide was vastly knowledgeable about the landscape, the rock climbing was excellent, and they gave constant encouragement to keep going and push the most out of the trip. Highly recommend if you want to try rock climbing in true nature.

We had an incredible experience with True Adventure Sports! This was our second time going on the Caving Adventure! We are customers for life!! Israel and his team are incredibly skilled, knowledgeable, genuine and personable! My 8 yr old daughter came with us both times. They made everyone, especially our daughter feel truly special! She’s already looking forward to when we come back next year!! As are we!!

No complaints here, absolutely worth it!
My family and I went on the rock climbing adventure and it was absolutely amazing! We had four guides with us (Abigail, Franky, Emmy, and Kim), and they were fantastic. Very fun to be around, but also very professional, attentive, encouraging, and knowledgeable. They were especially great with the three young kids (9, 7, and 5) who had never rock climbed before and were nervous.
Definitely recommend going, and we'll be going back ourselves.
