We love our stays here. Very friendly staff and great amenities! Beautiful front lobby with bright and welcoming rooms. Rooms have just enough space with lots of "extras". Always clean too! The bathroom is lovely and has all that you need to wash up! I gotta brag on their soap/lotion/shampoo bottles! They're huge and smell so good! The breakfast is perfect for our baseball family! Big buffet style set up with all you need. Food is delicious! Our favorite hotel stay hands down each time!

The hotel was very clean, employees very friendly. The breakfast was good -- for the sausage they had actual kielbasa, which was very much appreciated since we are from Pittsburgh! Absolutely no complaints, we were given waters and a snack when we checked in and everyone was very nice. Hotel was quiet and the customers seemed very happy.

Initial review- We checked in and we were instantly helped and given waters. We went to go up to our room and an elevator started to physically close on me and I had to back up to not get closed on. We went up to our room and there was mold on the ceiling. Not a great experience at that point. I went to the front desk and they gladly moved me and are addressing the concerns. They got me into a better room with a view as well.I hope the stay continues to be enjoyable/ improves. The lobby is beautiful and they have a gym area . The room is very nice, I saw people with concerns of it being small but I thought it was fine.

This property was perfect for a traveling family with dogs. We did not have a reservation. This Hilton provided a wonderful stay, quiet and clean rooms, breakfast included.The staff are professional and friendly. Would highly recommend.

Decent hotel in a very busy location. The room was clean and warm, the service good. Front desk folks are very nice.

Tiny room. Smaller than an average NYC room. Really only one person can be comfortable in the room. We had king sized bed. Bed frame was larger than the bed so we were always hitting our shins on it as we attempted to navigate the matchbox sized room.||No dresser as the room is too tiny for one so don’t count on unpacking. ||Don’t be fooled by the youthful vibe, the foosball tables, the kids laughing and having fun in the lobby. These rooms are kid sized so of course they are having fun||Don’t waste your money. Go to the older less pleasant Quality Inn next door, cheaper and at least has a room you can be comfortable in.||So why two stars? Has a great breakfast. Also has a water dispenser for refillable water containers, very eco conscious.||The room has a chair and desk, if one person sits at it, the other person cannot navigate the room except to go to the bathroom. ||I kid you not. Just go to the Quality Inn next door. It’s old, with those weird smelling hallways, but also has a decent breakfast and at least has a normal sized room. Oh, did I mention the bed is like a rock, very uncomfortable.||We were fooled by the Tru by Hilton. We thought Hilton, how bad dan it be? Turns out really really bad.
