This is our second time using Tripmasters to book a trip. We had an amazing experience both times. I like being able to choose dates and the destination and they populate recommendations for flight and hotel stays. In both instances, we went with the initial recommendations and it turned out really well.

On our most recent trip, we flew into Lisbon, Portugal and stayed for 4 nights, took a train from there to Porto, Portugal and stayed 4 nights. From there, we flew home.

Our previous trip was similar. We flew into Madrid, Spain and stayed for 3 days and then took a flight from there to Barcelona, Spain for 3 days.

Both trips were amazing. The tours we booked were well worth the money. The cost of food was comparable or cheaper than USA.

We are already talking about doing Eastern Europe in the next couple of years.

Every facet of our Tripmasters experience was great. I enjoyed getting to plan exactly what we wanted and didn’t want from the trip. The money we saved went towards better meals, better souvenirs and less stress. I highly recommend creating your own trip and comparing the price to packages from other companies. It takes a little more research on your part to decide where to stay, but it’s totally worth it.

We recently used Tripmasters to plan a trip to the Czech Republic, Vienna, and Budapest with my husband and family. This is the ✌️ time using Tripmasters. We are already planning our next one. 🤞

Overall, the experience was fantastic. 🤩The flexibility of the packages allowed us to customize our itinerary to include all the cultural experiences and destinations we wanted to explore. 🗺️We thoroughly enjoyed the imperial architecture, vibrant culture, and thermal baths. Each city left us more in love.🥰

The booking process was straightforward, and everything was well-organized, which made our travels smooth and enjoyable. If you travel in a group. But book separately. They do their best to get you on the same train schedule etc. 👩‍💻

Their customer services is top notch. We’ve never had any bad experiences with Tripmasters. We Highly recommend them. 😎Now go book that trip and explore the world. 🌎

We just returned from our first Tripmasters vacation and it was Wonderful! Tripmasters Was very easy to work with, gave me all the choices to choose my direct flights to Paris and hotels in the neighborhood of my choice, allow us to add on excursions as desired. I have used Tripmasters for several European trips and I have no complaints. We just came back from Lisbon and Barcelona. ( we’ve used for Venice (twice), Paris, Florence and Rome). I love doing the research and planning my own trips. Tripmasters stays in touch during the duration with hotel and flight info so I always feel informed. I can’t wait to go to Europe again and use Tripmasters!!

We just came back from our anniversary trip to Portugal and Spain.

I just returned from a 9-day trip to Canada. We flew to Toronto and took the train to Montreal and Quebec City. Everything went smoothly and we had a fantastic time! TripMasters customer service is top-notch along with their very useful app that provides the itinerary, maps, attractions for each city, and any updates in real time.

This was my second time using TripMasters and they are the BEST! We went to Europe in 2019 (Venice, Florence, Paris, and Barcelona) and had an unforgettable vacation. I don't think we could book all our hotels, flights, trains, and other transportation on our own and have the same high-quality experiences and value for the money that TripMasters provides. I am always telling friends, family members, and colleagues about how great TripMasters is. They get my highest recommendation and I cannot wait to plan future trips with them!

We booked 3 nights in Munich. Arrived earlier so we can dropped off our luggage for us to head out to our afternoon tour. Arrived to know our room at Le Meridien Hotel canceled by our travel agency. Tried to call but no freaking one answer because they closed from 12pm to 8am (Eastern Time) . We couldn't check-in our luggage and now drag our luggages around in the high heat outside waiting until they open to call. After more than 10 phone calls back and forth. We still don't have hotel when it's not our fault for the cancelation. They won't be able to find us a hotel near where we booked because there is an concert going on. So what, not our fault that our hotel got canceled. They offered us crappy hotel and hotel far away, which we can't because we got no car. Finally we have to find a room to book at this crappy hotel. The room is not even 1/2 of the size of the room we booked and hotel old, stink, in a geto area, drank no freaking streetlight. But Tripmasters said nothing much they can do. Wth? Really? I paid for my hotel, and now I had to pay additional almost 1500 for this hotel at the most crappy hotel, like Motel 8 compare to Le Meridien of Marriott? Are you freaking kidding me? I demand my refund, reimbursement, etc. No email responded and no one say anything yet. Look at the first 5 photos of the room we received vs. The room we booked and paid for at Le Meridien(the last 4 photos)
