Highly recommend Mitch and his team from Trip Guy Travel. We communicated to them what we wanted for our Wedding/Honeymoon at Secrets Montego Bay Jamaica. From the start they were on top of it helping and guiding us through this process. We do not travel much and we're worried about the details of our trip but I must say Trip Guy Travel came through even when there was a mix up at the Jamaican Airport with our hotel transfer. Mitch was on it within 5 minutes and we were on our way to our resort. Again I highly recommend and thank Mitch and his team.

Mitch and the Trip Guy team really helped us hone in on the perfect Honeymoon. We had several meetings and they turned our needs into trip options for exactly what we were looking for. We spoke to Mitch on multiple occasions and he answered all our questions and gave us a lot of advice. The best part is that he had personally gone to all of our options several times so he knew the ins and outs very well.

We ended up doing a split stay in St Lucia between Ladera resort and Sandals Grande. That way we could get both the mountains and the beach. Both resorts were great in their own ways. Mitch let us know the pros and cons ahead of time so we were well prepared for everything.

As a personal touch, Mitch hooked us up with a dinner reservation at Jade Mountain which does not normally take reservations outside the resort. It was a fantastic meal and a gorgeous building.

All in all it was an excellent trip and we will definitely be using their services again!

I was assigned to work with Christine from Mitch's team, and she was AWESOME. The team set up booking deadlines for our guests, payment schedules, and arranged airport transport. A few guests in our group had never traveled internationally before, and they put together a how-to guide with ALL the details you could possibly imagine and sent them to all of our guests. It saved me soooo much time!

Every time one of our guests contacted Christine, they would say "Wow, Christine replied INSTANTLY". I really appreciated her responsiveness and patience with all of our questions. Every detail around travel was taken care of, and our guests had an AMAZING time.

Even while we were at the resort, Mark was our go-to problem solver. He reached out to wedding coordinators when I hit roadblocks and secured extra perks we couldn’t have gotten on our own, like a room upgrade, a semi-private dinner for 30, and even a credit card kick-back for room bookings. Having someone so knowledgeable and supportive in our corner made the entire experience stress-free and unforgettable!
Our wedding was flawless, and we owe so much of that to Mitch, Mark, and the team. Their attention to detail, unmatched responsiveness, and genuine care set the bar sky-high. Hearing stories about other travel agents (who charge booking fees, limit quotes, and take days to respond) made us even more grateful for how incredible Mitch and his team were. I can confidently say Mitch and Mark are in a league of their own.
