I purchased a tractor new from this dealership. The tractor had to be parked for several months while I waited for parts for a safety recall. John Deere would not pay for pickup for the recall, so I paid $150 for pickup/return to the dealership 10 minutes from my home. They completed the repair the morning after they picked it up. Then, they kept my tractor for a week because they couldn’t schedule the return until then. I would understand if they had picked up the tractor for free or if I hadn’t bought it from them. I have purchased 4 tractors in the past from the Kubota dealership down the street, but I wanted to try a Deere. Poor customer service from John Deere and from Tri-Green.

Everyone at this dealership is always very helpful and very professional.
Special shout out to Billy and all of the others in the parts department.
They always are very polite and when I need something ordered,it comes in in a timely manner and always in the time frame they tell me it will arrive.

I was experiencing an ongoing problem. Whenever I shifted the lever which moved the blades down to get a closer shave(so to speak) the drive belt would slip off disengaging the blades. Very frustrating. They fixed that and a few other things. Excellent service and nice people! Mowing is fun again. Well, as much fun as possible anyway.

Seemed very knowledgeable. I needed a bunch of nuts and bolts that my nephew had lost so I just took a picture of the serial number and model number and they got them ordered for me.
