My friend booked 2 flights & hotel with Karen to Turks and Caicos. The lack of understanding of what needed to be done was unbelievable. The trip ended up being cancelled because all the needed paperwork was not communicated to my friend. The whole point of a travel agency is that they walk you through the process and help you. My friend was left to figure it out. This is their job and they dropped the ball.

I would not recommend this agency at all.
