ABSOLUTE SCAM. Read through the other negative reviews, they are all accurate. I know this because I had the SAME EXPERIENCE. I booked a flight, they called me the next day telling me that they had booked the outbound flight, however my flight home was completely full. The guy told me the only solution was to either:

1. Pay an additional $300 to fly home
2. Switch my airport from Baton Rouge to New Orleans(cheaper tickets for them to buy as it’s a bigger airport, but also charged me more) and only pay $50 more.

They told me that canceling and just getting my money back was not possible, as they had already booked my outbound flight and Delta airlines was refusing to cancel and refund my money.

LUCKILY, I recorded our conversations, including my conversation with Delta airline where they confirmed they had never booked a flight under my name (lie #1), but even if they did, they have an iron clad refund policy if cancelled within 24 hours, so if I HAD had a flight booked, I would have been refunded 100% as it was within 24 hours(lie #2) and furthermore, there were PLENTY OF SEATS flying back home, and the retuning flight they had insisted was booked, was VERY MUCH AVAILABLE (lie #3).

Because of all of this, I was able to force them into refunding my money. But they are very much a scam. The only positive reviews they have are from employees making up profiles to post reviews. Anyone reading this with similar issues, feel free to contact me. Because of the evidence and the AWFUL experience I had, I would like to begin a class action suit against this “company”. If I can give no stars I would!! Worst company ever! When I booked I got a call from the company moments later saying that flight I booked does not exist anymore I can get another one for $300+ what I already paid. I refused and asked to cancel since I bought cancel protection they told me I did not although I had proof spoke to a manager he told me my phone was lying and to “buy a new phone” I told him I will once he returns me my money. He never did I have to file a dispute with my bank. Very unprofessional and rude!! Do not!

They did the same thing to me & try forcing me to pay more. Scam & should be noted. This is scam . They are liars. I would this company negative infinity stars if I could. No positive stars intended. If any truly has lawyer ready I'm willing to joing in lawsuit. It's sounds illegal & false advertising what they're doing. You may contact me by this review and I'll reach out to you personally. DO NOT GET TICKETS HERE!!!! Scammers...I purchased 2 flight tickets and received a confirmation. I then got a call asking for a call back. I called and the person I spoke with Marcello who told me the tickets I purchased were sold. They can offer me other seats but I had to pay additional $200. Meanwhile I purchased the insurance for cancellation. I asked him to cancel and he wouldn't do it and said if I cancel I would have to pay another $150. But I did not even have seats booked it was only a pending confirmation. He wouldn't let me speak with a supervisor and hung up on me.

Scams!!! Do not do it. It’s Fake. All Indian talking. I went get tickets for flight. About $300 when I was in progress which was supposed be good deal. They try call you to confirm ur information. Then they wanted me take day off date charge me extra $190 for it. 🤔come out about $500-$550. In which united airline be cheap. I told them to cancel it they said I couldn’t. Argue with 3 Indians over phone you hear them in background and they pause/mute the phone. They try so hard waste ur time and money. They make up numbers and send it to ur email. Don’t trust them and if you give them ur information cancel they all fake and I wish I saw the reviews first. If you read what they send you says Total amount be $300 total for flight plus other fee they try get you with. Super Fake you can tell plus they don’t send you boarding ticket. They try call you to have you try spend more.

Terrible company. No confirmation email is a scam to get you to call so they can tell you the price increases $280 . But for the price they told you they booked your 1 way ticket and if you cancel and didn't get cancel insurance you lose your money. Total scam. This will be disputed with our card company. You can charge us when you never booked the flight you quoted. SCAM
