Sally and Eric were so incredibly helpful planning our trip to Dublin, London and Paris! It was our first time to Europe and they made everything super simple. I can’t thank Eric enough for finding some really great hotels and helping us with a few excursions. Sally’s professionalism is impeccable and is very personable. They put everything together for us on their app which was SO helpful during the trip - everything we needed was all in one place. Ashley from travel smith’s is amazing! I cannot recommend her enough. She helped me plan a memorable 10 day trip to Italy for my husband, 13 year old son and myself. We had most of the trip planned and had to cancel because my son needed to have surgery that would leave him on crutches during our trip. The trip was a dream of his and that just wasn’t going to work. She kept me calm when I was freaking out! Ashley worked with me every step of the way to cancel and then rebook everything for 6 months later. She hand picked the hotels, transportation, activities and restaurants with each and every one of us in mind. She worked so hard to make sure we didn’t have to worry about anything on our trip. The app they use for travel docs/plans is great. I cannot recommend Ashley enough. I could never have made that trip as wonderful as she did!
