The floors in room and bathroom are disgustingly dirty, walking barefoot in room our feet were black/moldy. the toilet didn’t flush well, the fan didn’t work. My sisters bathroom was mold/black hair in shower. ||the view of mountains was beautiful, room good size, location great. |would i stay here again absolutely NOT.

There was a small issue with my room when I checked in but they were very kind about it and took care of it right away. The room has two queen beds and a large extra space. So it's a very Roomy Room. I needed to extend my stay. very kind and accommodating. I needed a space to have a business meeting in, again very kind and accommodating. And the location is right on the main road. Close to shopping, close to Grocery store, close to restaurants. It's older so it has it's issues, but all in all...

At first glance this hotel looks great! And that's where it ends. Front desk staff, who appear to live on site, didn't greet me, didn't welcome me... just came out of the room and stared at me. I told him I made a reservation, he rudely asked for ID and credit card, didn't confirm room type or price or anything. Didn't give any indication where the room was.||||We got to the room through the strange and winding halls and room numbers that don't make much sense and at first I was impressed. Large suite that looked nice until you really looked. The bathroom was absolutely filthy. Hair and small bugs everywhere. Something appeared to be dripping down the walls.||||There were no towels in the bathroom. Had to go back to the front desk and get towels which took an absurd amount of time through a language barrier and the family speaking among themselves.||||One of my children dropped a bit of doughnut on the floor. I used a wet wipe to pick it up and realized the floors had likely never been more than swept. Took another wipe and wiped the floor and it came up totally black.||||The pull out bed on the couch had ripped plastic wrapping and many dead bugs.||||Even with it being over 100 out and making a reservation hours prior, the AC wasn't on when we arrived and it was uncomfortable in the room. Due to the location of the AC unit (halfway up the wall instead of on the floor) it just blew at the ceiling and the room remained hot until around 2am. Unit was extremely loud and right next to the bed.||||There was a rotten gallon of milk in the fridge.||||The breakfast room was absolutely disgusting. Nobody attending to it. I had to go through cabinets to find plates. Hard boiled eggs sitting out not temperature controlled. Cereal not as labeled. No hot water for oatmeal. Food and trash everywhere. The man from the front desk looked in a few times but didn't actually clean anything.||||Didn't see any staff aside from the family that appears to live in the room by the front desk.||||The only good thing I can say is that the beds were comfortable and the bedding appeared clean.||||There are a shocking number of cameras on the property. Basically every square inch except (hopefully) for the rooms.||||Will absolutely never stay again.

It has been a while since we stayed at this property, and it has really gone downhill since our last visit. I had booked a King room, but was told the only King remaining was ADA and put in a two bed room, After a long day we checked-in and went to our room to find no soap or body wash. A call to the front desk and shampoo was delivered, and the man told us he had no access to supplies (soap) until housekeeping arrived the next day. (no spare items at the front desk) We called the next morning to find out housekeeping doesn't arrive until 0900 - no soap for our morning shower. I called the hotel that afternoon around 4 pm to confirm our room had been serviced, and was assured the "housekeeping team" had left soap in the room. We got home around 8 PM to find one small 1.5" x 1" bar of hard soap in the room. I went to the desk and asked why the body wash wasn't serviced, and he said he would bring some to the room. Another bottle of shampoo was delivered, and we were told they were out of stock on body wash. I guess he couldn't/wouldn't go to a vacant room and get us some - maybe there was none.
The rooms (111 in our case) are large, and the beds comfortable, decorations are non-existent and our AC unit sounded like a hammer-drill when running. The beds are tall, and some might have difficulty getting into bed.
The TV power and volume had to be controlled manually at the TV set, the direct TV remote only did Direct TV functions. I haven't had to get out bed to adjust a TV in decades!
The breakfast area is sparse, not really that clean, with very limited offerings - cereal, hard boiled eggs, waffles, coffee.
There appears to be one person working at the property, he and his family live/hang out in a room near the front desk. The desk wasn't manned when we checked out.
Hard to believe this is a Wyndham property.

My parents travel quite frequently and advised that this was the worst experience they've had in years. They stated the hotel was clean and the property well maintained, however the customer service was beyond terrible. My father stood at the front counter for 15+ minutes after ringing the bell several times only to have someone come out of room 102 (assuming it's a staff room) after he called the hotel main number. It was dark outside, and my mother needed to go outside, but the front doors were locked, when she inquired, she was told go outside through a side door and rudely told there was a "side light" for safety. They asked for an additional pack of coffee for the room and again stood at the front desk for several minutes before a man came out of room 102 again and when she asked for a pack of coffee for her room, he aggressively threw two packs on to the counter. The continental breakfast was basic at best which my parents weren't overly concerned with, but still. The main concern was the lack of hospitality the staff provided. My parents are not "needy", "high maintenance" or rude, they are kind and humble and always patient, but their stay was awful, and they will definitely NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone.

I would give this hotel zero stars if possible. I checked in around 7pm with my 5 month old and 14 yr niece. We didn't get to the room until around 9pm because we went to a park and got some food first. Once in the room we noticed that the lock on top didn't work. Didn't even have screws. There's was another door in my room that led to the room next to mine and their door was open! I had to put a chair in front of mine. The room was also just so disgusting. Looks like it hadn't been cleaned in ages ! We didn't feel safe comfortable or clean here and ended up leaving as soon as we saw everything. I tried getting a refund but the owner was not helpful. If you're looking for an infection and possibly to be kidnapped, this is the hotel for you.

Really Wyndham!!

This is the reason I’m a Marriott guy with Hilton as a back up. Never again Wyndham!! The guy at the front desk was literally doing everything except cleaning (gotta give some credit to the cleaning lady who helped us on the way out of the hotel. She was great!!). The front desk guy was rude and unfriendly. Who “freaking” scoops ice with bare hands when it is expected to be mixed with drinking water and gets mad when saying something about it? Guess who? The front desk guy!! Who would downgrade your room just because you asked for another room as the window shade is broken? The front desk guy!! Who freaking leaves in the same hotel where you are supposed to have good time? The front desk guy!!

Ridiculous!! Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else!

We have stayed here 3 times and will keep going back when in area.
Rooms are always clean, service is always nice.
Beds are comfy, showers hot, rooms are spacious!
