RUN! RUN! RUN as far away as possible from this business!!

I spent over $20,000 on my destination wedding and figured I would go though this travel agency to eliminate some of my stress. Even though their prices are outrageous.

Our travel agent contacted us a couple of hours the night before departure to pick up our documents.
This is after I contacted her two weeks prior due to my family who all flew out from Colorado, thar wasn’t able to find my name at the hotel.

A long story short, they booked my stay at another hotel away from my family, away from where I’m getting married and away from my reception.

They booked through third-party vendors and do not hold them selves responsible for ANY mistakes they made. They showed concern or consideration for their mistakes and are not willing to compromise at all!

This one error on their behalf cost us more stress than anything! This is my wedding is a life event and should be a happy time.

The assistant manager Debbie, along with the main Manager have no customer skills at all. Their staff is uneducated in the travel business and their professionalism fall short of what they claim to be since 1976!

I would not step 2 feet near this facility you’re better off doing it yourself online!

This is a fabulous agency! Donna Lee is who I have been working with on a couple of vacations and she is amazing! She is extremely knowledgeable and every time I'm in there I feel like a favorite cousin! They have great deals on vacation packages and have been willing to help me find the best deals! If you want/need a travel agency, this is the place to go!

Genie Travel helped me coordinate my destinations wedding in Mexico last year. They were able to help book the flights/hotel/transportation to and from and travelers insurance all for a really great cost for everyone! WOW!! at first i was excited to work with this company to book my family vacation and things seem to go well at first but quickly went south!!! We (Both My Mother and I ) had originally had booked our trip to Orlando but had to switch it up due to a family emergency so we switch it to California but for some reason only my moms trip got moved when calling to pay off the balance off the trip is when i discovered that my trip was still going to Florida, After going back and forth i decided just to CANCEL my trip, I was told that i would receive my refund in 7-10 Business days witch now i was told that it takes 14-21 days ( HUGE DIFFERENCE ) Very disappointed with them!!!

Carey went out of his way to make sure we had a great Hawaii trip. Two of our excursions were canceled and Carey found us a replacement for one and followed up on our refunds. Carey was recommended to us, I would recommend him as well!

Very good. Debbie was extremely helpful even with all the changes and everything with my vacation. I'd recommend e everyone to go here. Also the whole staff was helpful when debbie was on vacation. Thank you and I can't wait for my cruise and trip to florida.
