My wife and I recently returned from a trip to France and Spain. It was our first international journey. I was nervous about trying to plan a trip like this on my own, from booking flights, hotels, excursions, transportation, etc. I was referred to Cheri, at Travel Shoppe, and she made it very easy. We had to trip of a lifetime. Cheri was great. I emailed her numerous times with questions and concerns, and she responded within minutes. Next time we plan a trip like this, I'll contact Cheri do the hard work for us.

We all hope we won't need to interrupt a trip because of a medical emergency, but if it happens and you have the Travel Shoppe you are in great hands. We were two days into a three-week European vacation when my wife fell ill and we needed to come home. I emailed Cheri (Travel Shoppe President) at two in the morning and by 6:30 am California time we had our flights rebooked and were headed home. She and her company have always been great travel agents, but now I know they are equally good in an emergency. They get five stars from me in every category!

Just stopped in to schedule a vacation with my family for Universal Studies for a week and. I was greeted with disdain before evening having a chance to discuss our second trip. The lady was beyond rude because it was a trip to Universal Studies Hollywood not Universal Studies Florida. I was then informed that they do not schedule any type of Vacation within California. I was shocked to be disregarded so quickly, because we were looking for first class airline tickets and a five star hotel on top of many other things my family wanted to experience after Universal Studious. We never even got to sit down and even make an appointment. Mariann Adcock was beyond rude and unprofessional.

Sheri was terrific in helping us book our honeymoon to Italy! We previously dealt with another local agent who made our budget seem inconvenient and wasn’t open to my suggestions to create a reasonable itinerary (different hotels and cities mostly).

Sheri was so accommodating. We let her know the cities that were most important for us to visit and which hotels we’d been dying to stay at; she made it work!! We flew business class, got private transport to and from airports/train stations, and we stayed at incredibly nice hotels (Le Sirenuse in Positano was a must for me; the previous agent said it was too expensive and left it off our itinerary, but Sheri got it for us without fuss!). Sheri also booked us for some tours in Rome!

Overall, we had a terrific vacation and Sheri made it so much easier! Her response time is fast and she was a doll to work with, we will definitely be contacting her for future trips. Thank you!!

Great service, great advice and great follow through. In the days of booking everything online, I had forgotten how much easier, better and organized it was going through a travel agent. I won’t make that mistake again.Travel Shoppe was recommended to me and I will absolutely recommend them to others.
