We worked with Pam on a dream trip to the Amalfi Coast. Pam and Mark recommended the two cities to stay in, and it was absolutely perfect. Everything was customized to our amenity requests and price range. The hotels were both exceptional and reasonably priced.

There was not a single thing that went wrong -- from the hotel / airport transfers, the daily excursions, the restaurant recommendations-- everything went exactly as we had hoped.

Throughout the whole process, Pam was extremely accessible, and answered all of my neurotic questions promptly and pleasantly.

I have not worked with a travel agent before, but received this recommendation from a coworker. We will definitely use them again on our next trip!

I have worked with both Mark and Pam but mostly Pam over the past 15 years.We usually travel 4-6 times a year as our grandchildren live out of state and we do 2 other vacations
We love working with Pam she is very knowledgeable and professional.She is extremely responsive to our requests and sometimes I think I must drive her crazy with my questions and changes.Pam is always patient and treats everyone with respect .I have been there when the phones have been ringing off the hooks and Pam has been so kind and patient with callers

My husband and I would like to thank Mark for planning our trip. We went to him asking for recommendations on where to go. Told him what type of a vacation we were looking for and he showed us different places. We chose to go to Cancun Mexico and the hotel he recommended was awesome. We stayed at the Riu Las Americas and the people that worked there were great. The food was awesome

Mark ghosted us and wasted 2 months of us looking to book things on our own. We will now have to cancel our trip because things are too expensive. Would not recommend wasting your time with Mark.

I was recommended by someone I knew to book a cruise with this agency and I am very disappointed. I called this agency on a Monday and spoke to a woman named Pam who, at first, seemed eager to help me. She told me she would get right back to me. I received a second phone call about 15 minutes later where she asked if my husband and I have passports. I told her that my husband has a valid US green card and she said she would get back to me because she was not sure if he would be able to enter the 3 countries that were listed on the itinerary. I, of course, did a quick google search to ensure that there wouldn’t be any issues and the very first top result said that these 3 countries allow entry via green card. These top results were via the embassy websites. At that point, Pam said she would call me back.
Two hours passed and I still didn’t receive any phone call or email from Pam so I called her back. The first time I called, no one answered. The second time, she picked up and I asked her if I could be given any update as to what is going on. Her response to me was that they’re “very busy” and that she wasn’t sure if my husband would be allowed to travel with the green card. I told her about the information I found which clearly states on the embassy’s website that US green card holders are allowed entry . She said that their company had an issue with a woman before where they were denied entry and it turned into an “ugly” mess. Sure, I can understand that they would be afraid of these issues but this is a TRAVEL AGENCY. (The next day I called the embassy’s of each country and all of them said there would be no issue. This took about 5 minutes of my time). So, I told Pam to please call me back the next day at 2PM since I would be going to work and she confirmed that she would.
Tomorrow will officially be one week that I have not received any email or phone call from Pam or any other representative at this agency. I sincerely recommend booking your flights/vacations/cruises elsewhere. The mere lack of communication from the representatives working there show that this company is not serious. It seems as though they possibly cater to ‘locals’ rather than getting any business from ‘outsiders’. I will NOT be recommending ANYONE I know to book anything with this company. In fact, I will be letting everyone I know to stay AWAY from this company.
