Cristina arranged a two week trip to Italy for my husband and myself to celebrate his Birthday and our 30th Wedding Anniversary. She arranged the hotels, excursions, and our train tickets. She gave detailed instructions as to best deal with every detail of our trip. This was very helpful, and I am happy to say that every aspect worked out perfectly!! When the airline unexpectedly cancelled our return flight shortly before our departure, Cristina stayed late on a Friday night to rebook our flight, and made sure the details were to our liking. The hotels were very convenient to our excursions, and most of the time, we were able to walk everywhere. We had the time of our lives, and look forward to Cristina Herrera arranging many more trips for us!!

Without Cristina my sister and my vacation would probably have never gotten off the ground because there were so many moving parts to our trip. We visited 4 countries and 6 cities in two weeks and Cristina was invaluable to us. She gave us options on hotels, set up all of our tours in each city, gave us detailed instructions on how to find certain things, was instrumental in getting us a partial refund on our gondola ride which was great but it was with dinner(which was not served) and each time I had a question(which was many) she responded very quickly.
I would highly recommend Cristina for any travel plans, plus she was easy to work with and a very nice person. I definitely will use her again when planning another big trip.

I have used Travel Muse many times and have just returned from a 10 day trip to Europe that Cristina Herrera designed for myself and my fiance. What can I say but that she is a gem! The professionalism and patience are a step above anyone I've tried in the past. But beyond that, it is her personal touch that impresses me the most. I am technically challenged and she spent the extra time to make me understand what needed to be done and how. Her step by step booking summary is very detailed, and the orderly itinerary helped me stay ahead of any potential problems. I look forward to working with her for many years to come!

I had just to buy a flight ticket to Italy and I asked support to Christina of Travel-Muse.
She was very patient with me: my English is not good and I prefer to repeat each sentence to be sure I've understood good and I get very anxious when I've to do a ticket and I've always special requests and a lot of questions about a travel.
