Let me begin by saying AMAZING! That one word sums up our experience with Donna Campbell at Travel Leaders of Naperville. Our family has been working with Donna for decades; destination weddings, family trips, European bus tours, as well as destination birthday celebrations! Donna is a specialist at what she does and coordinates every detail with precision. We recently spent 10 days in Italy, with multiple family members, flying in from different states and time zones. We were in multiple cities over the time we were there. We took trains, planes, automobiles and added boats! I often hesitate to say PERFECT, but everything was perfect. The rooms, the views, the private car pick ups and drop offs were exactly what was expected. We are home now and reflecting on how lovely the trip was and it ALL went smoothly! Not impossible with the right person/company!

I have had the worst experience with this company. They take your money and do not provide receipts. To add insult to injury, they get upset when you request this information as if I am being unreasonable. It is 10/16/17 and I have been requesting this documentation since 9/11/17.
