Please do not waste your money booking with Linda G.My family and I had the most horrific time with this travel agent who gave us wrong information and made us lose about $500 total and did not offer any sort of support, instead began to raise her voice and scold us over the phone.

Back story: you are not booking through the agent, the agent is booking through a third party. We booked a vacation to Waikiki for two and was promised a Luau to be included in our package that would be walking distance as we did not rent a car. This all seemed well, as we were given instruction from Linda to walk across the street and enjoy our experience. When the day and hour came, we were at the wrong location and the luau was
scheduled for a different location across the island, two hours away. With Linda's poor attitude and misinformation (given to us in person and on a voice message) we called her the following day and asked for guidance on fixing the situation. She proceeded to yell at me over the phone that I had been the one in the wrong and she refused to help the situation. She said that I had messed up and she had no reason to offer her assistance.

Overall, we lost out on $500 and had a poor costumer service experience. You're better off going to another travel agency or organizing a trip on your own.
