I am a 20+ year rider of Transbridge, due mainly to a lack of other transportation options to NYC from my area. The company has minimal respect for their customers in my opinion, and routinely blames problem they have (which are frequent) on something other than their own shortcomings.

Case in point, their new online booking system has been in-place for almost 12-months and still does not work properly. The last several weeks, myself and a number of other commuter book riders I've talked with occasionally encountered an inability to book on the day of travel...the system will show no bus runs, and when you click back gives an error that you can't "book runs in the past" even though there is no option to select a prior date through the system. Then the drivers tell you can't get on the bus without a ticket even though it's their own system preventing you from booking. And Transbridge will just tell you to reset your cache or try another browser, neither of which work because it is flawed computer coding at issue.

Last night was classic... they simply cancelled the second to the last run of the night, combined it with the last run despite the heavy Thanksgiving queue of people waiting for the cancelled bus. Even better, they don't have any means of notifying riders other than a 1-line Twitter post. No doubt the last run could not handle all the riders. I grabbed one regular and split a $220 Uber from NYC after realizing 30 min after the departure time that the bus wasn't coming.

This company has gotten significantly worse over the years, and no longer even enforces their own cell phone and quiet bus policies. Nothing better than riding home after a 14-hr workday in the city and having to listen to someone in the seat behind you talk on their cell phone for 45-min. They should buy all their regular commuters a set of noise cancelling headphones for X-Mas.

Beware of tickets with wrong info; Got my bus e-ticket to Hellertown PA departing at 5:45 PM gate 6 as printed on the ticket, waited on line for 30 minutes on gate 6, when I showed my ticket to the bus driver he said, β€œI don’t go to Hellertown this is not the gate, you have to wait for the 7pm bus” however the ticket had the wrong information-gate 6- he told me that was an error. I paid $56 for a ticket that was issued with errors and ended up taking the bus that was not even going to my destination, then paid another $50 for a cab ride to get home. Ridiculous!

Trans-Bridge is thee worse bus company ever!! Last night the bus was an hour late, wen it did finally arrive, the driver was rude and had the nerve 2 have something 2 eat. Then when we got to Clinton another man got on the bus and drove it. I'm very suprised with this service.... plenty clear ppl take this bus. Seems like the emails nd negative reviews don't matter to this company. I truly wish I could get to NYC with a different company.

I always love the experience. However, on this last trip, the driver just drove past me, and I had to spend the night at Newark Airport waiting until the next morning for the next bus.

Trans-Bridge always make it seem as if all issues are the customer's fault and NEVER THEIRS. Never stands up to the company or the driver's wrong-doings. Saw a driver blurting profanity at me 6 feet away, and I got a response back from them saying, he was "cursing at someone else" and that "Yes, the driver was frustrated with them and did mutter a profanity, however, ... his windows were closed."

So yes, Trans-Bridge supports its drivers to yell out profanity towards customers/pedestrians standing few feet away who are able read his lips, if it is done behind closed windows.

Should have had more buses for the Thanksgiving holiday people had to stand for over an hour on a packed bus.

Not one of the better bus companies out there, at least in my experience and that of a lot of the patrons I ride with and talk to
