We HIGHLY recommend using there services. Shawn and Beth were fantastic to work with. They are very organized and worked very closely with us throughout the entire process. This included a couple of phone calls to thoroughly review our itinerary and make sure everything was confirmed. Also their app that they used was great and helped us stay on track. Everything from hotels (excellent locations) to tour guides and driver pickups really made our trips enjoyable. In addition, their communication during the trip was flawless and gives a nice piece of mind.

Shawn is a great travel agent. He listened to where we wanted to go and what we wanted to see and do and out together the perfect itinerary for our Honeymoon. He provided several different hotel options for each area to choose from and showed the cost differences as well. Unfortunately we had to delay our trip 2 days before we needed to leave and he was able to get everything changed for us and rebooked once we had the new dates. Before we left, he went through all the details with us and answered all of our questions. Also, all of the vendors that we used on our trip were fantastic. They were all on time and did a great job. I strongly recommend using Shawn and Trademark Vacations for your Italy travels in the future.
