This agency does not respect your privacy i rent from them they let your niebors be filthy dirty yard it look like a dump in front of the property.there are two houses in one property I came across alout of problems little enough they dont attend to any issue having towards the tenant and the niebors we had a parking issue etc Robert side with them and now I feel that his races I'll post picture

First place I've ever rented, never complained wasn't throwing raging parties not pissing all over ever appliance, when it came for my move I spent days and nights just cleaning so much so you'd think I was hired to do it, when it came time for my inspection the guy even told me I did a good job and that the money they might pull from my deposit would be cheap, he even told me about some light weed pulling that would bring down the cost but over all he told me it wouldn't be expensive. Come to after I moved and they dragged their feet the entire way, wouldn't return my calls to the point where I had to go into the office and get told "it'd be ready tomorrow" when I come get it I'm shocked to find out they took over half my deposit! When I called all they said it was for "touch up paint and curtains" absolutely don't trust these people with your housing needs they will not do you right.

I recently had a terrible experience with The Realty Agency. I had been renting a property from them for over 6 years and every time I had an issue, they would never return my calls in a timely manner. Their communication is terrible. They also don't give full security deposits back or without an explanation. The customer service at The Realty Agency is abysmal and nobody at their office is empowered to make decisions. You will get the run around. If you want any answers, you have to continuously call and call and escalate things to the owner of the company, Robert Tuggle. I have rented houses all around the United States and I would not recommend The Realty Agency to anyone.

Such a great company! Extremely satisfied with the customer service of this company. Had no problems the entire year I was renting. Thank you Robert for the honest house inspection and giving us thumbs up on the pristine clean up after move out. And the receptionist excellent job on responding back and a timely matter on any issues and so kind. Would recommend this company to anyone. This company keeps their word and that's what I look for.?
