I cannot say enough about our new lifetime friend and vacation planner Bronwyn! I have used other travel agents in the past and they were not as accurate in setting our expectations in terms of quality and expenses of planning a trip! Her up front honestly and accuracy of our European vacation was spot on! She really listened to the criteria of our family vacation and it showed in every aspect of our trip! If you are considering taking a trip and thinking it’s best to plan it yourself, like I did, I’d suggest rethinking that. I’ll never go back to planning our get aways myself. I highly recommend Top Notch Travel Service! Bronwyn was fantastic and our trip was amazing. Every detail was considered and the hotels, transportation, adventures and travel tips for our two week Italy tour was beyond what we imagined. We were going to plan the trip ourselves, but so happy we didn't. We never had to worry about a thing and could never have put together such a cohesive itinerary. Bronwyn planned two amazing vacations for my family - one to Longboat Key in Florida over the Holidays and the other to Ireland / Croatia. My husband and I just did a two week vacation through Italy. We went to Rome, Luca, Cinque Terre, Milan and Bellagio at Lake Como. Bronwyn made all our arrangements - air flights, hotels, private drivers, trains, and tours. And everyone we worked with - the private drivers, tour guides and hotel people, were wonderful! Everything went smoothly, without any problems! Working with Bronwyn was so easy! She is professional, and is so concerned about her clients needs!
