My wife and I, fairly new Tmobile customers, visited said store today. After waiting at least 20 min, a tmobile rep walked in and asked "what do you want?" After asking him, if he could help us and explaining our situation, out of the blue, he stated that he didn't have to help us and that I had an attitude which was a completely unwarranted and untrue statement.  If anything,  when he entered the store as an employee, he addressed us in an unprofessional manner and definitely looked disheveled and unkempt.  We did not get his name, but he was a heavy-set caucasian male. Thank God,  my wife was present, because I was deeply offended and wanted to verbally retaliate.  We left the store angry, puzzled, upset AND w/o a phone. During the tmobile claim process we were prompted to visit this store, but the experience was awful and left us questioning our decision to switch to Tmobile.

Kool people, they know what they are doing and fast at it. Very nice and variety of phones. Just b careful about add ons,they can add up but that's totally on you. This store is the one on Quintard across from Metro in Anniston AL.

If you switch here, whatever you do not get the cases and the chargers there, they continue to charge you monthly for it, and they never told us so

Do not go here if your a female. Zach an employee at this location placed a DoorDash order while at work around 6pm. He didn't tip but since it was an add on order I chose to take it. After I dropped off his food he proceeded to message & ask me to come to his apartment for my tip, then when i reported him he tried to cover it up saying he left his wallet at home. Perve.

Absolute best help I've received at any phone company ever. I wish I could remember the name of the young man that helped me. He was nice and knowledgeable but didn't talk down to me. He was a huge help in fixing my problem.
