Very slow service. Up to an hour on a day when you're the only one there, more than that on weekends. Staff is friendly, but generally not helpful in any way. Since they have moved to brown, service has slowed down, and I have gotten a different meal from what I've ordered twice. Last week I tried paying with tiger dollars, and it took nearly 5 minutes to figure it out. Hopefully service will improve as the year continues, but for now it is not worth the wait.

Food was super!! No question. Service was exceptional, especially Tania. They just changed ownership, so the old liquor license expired. So they were unable to serve beer with those great burgers.

Shiite service. No options on food and limited menu for reasons they cannot explain. They are taking the phone off the hook so no orders can be taken past a certain time. For example I tried to ordered at 10:30 multiple nights in a row and it won’t connect. This is unacceptable for a school that has a tuition of 60,000 dollars.

Slowest service I have ever experienced. They won’t even take your order until you wave down someone working. Everything moves at a snails pace at the TI and it is not worth it for the quality of food which they serve. I don’t blame the workers for their poor service. I blame the management for poor training and poor preparation.

The employees at this restaurant are lazy and do not deserve to work at a food establishment ever again. I call in my orders because every time I sit down to eat here it takes an hour to get my food and it is always wrong. I only spend my money here because I am drunk and can’t drive somewhere else. These people need to work at a Down’s syndrome clinic, except they need to be the patients.
