I have called multiple times, left on hold for more then an 1 hour & transferred to many different folks that can’t even listen and help me. AND WHAT BUSINESS has a voicemail box that is full and can’t get a callback? And this is just me trying to get to customer relations.

I don’t believe I’ve ever left a review anywhere before if I have it was once ever but I cannot believe how I was treated over the phone! I was polite and respectful and I was treated like dirt! The lady hung up on me TWICE after ignoring me and interrupting me countless times. After I got tired of the disrespect, I asked for her name which she did not give or if I could speak to someone else to which she said “no” and hung up again!!! I had no help and was disrespected on top of that even though I was nothing but kind and respectful the entire time!

There is no dentist at all. It is a large public health center. I try to make change in google but I failed due to google’s keeping asking me provide a valid English name and denying me after I filled it. The health center is good, but I do not know why google map shows another place in map. Actually there are many people visiting here but not updated in google map. The dentist has moved away.

married in april it's november still no change has been made have gone in 2 times now with our license my insurance has even filed a complaint will be contacting a lawyer if nothing changes in another 2 months

Horrible service. Super long wait times. Child support will have you on hold for hours and still no help! Paperwork takes forever to go through because the workers are to busy on their personal cell phones, laurel state service center is the worst for cell phone use! I'd give them a half a star if I could.

I'm pissed off and eating hummus so hear me out.

So I was diagnosed with latent Tuberculosis in a time where any medication plan prescribed was going to be an impediment to my college life since I was moving away and could not readily retrieve refills for my medicine. I was convinced by the workers that this would be of no concern and that, to accommodate, they would give me another bottle of Rifampin in advance before I left and that /I could have a parent pick up the medicine for me since I can not accessibly travel./ Let it be clear, that I was stringently instructed that I had to take this medicine DAILY and I was ASSURED that this infinitely more convenient plan was possible.

I am very low on medicine, in need of a refill, and was told bitterly by the supervisor of the TB clinic that every part of this plan goes against the policies they have to follow. Regardless of what I was told, my current circumstances, and despite this being their fault, no accommodation is available to me now. I now have to miss class necessary for my major and more importantly, have to miss a daily dosage to fix /their/ mistake.

The staff in this particular department has been kind to me thus far, it's just a shame that the one who manages and regulates the policies can't control her said lovely staff and refuses to respect my conditions.

Long story short: Do your absolute best to avoid coming here, b; not worth spilling your hummus.

The actual process was smooth and the official was friendly and professional. However it was difficult to actually find the department I was looking for. Walked into the wrong spot, was told "dont take a step further!" I guess because of covid, was directed to go 2 doors down. I did, that was to a kitchen, whose sign directed me to walk around a dumpster. I was then greeted by 2 doors, both with huge letters reading "NOT AN ENTRANCE". I went into one of them and was actually in the right spot, although this one just let me walk in, no problem. Very wonky. It shouldnt take this much effort for something that takes 5 minutes.

The case worker I had was great.. However the waiting area sucks balls.. It smells like must/mildew very hard to breathe.. Also I had my daughter with me an she was minding her own business when some punk ass wanted to steal her crayons an knock her down.. I don't know about y'all but I teach my kids respect..
