They'll make a timely delivery, you talk to the office, not some phone bank in the Phillipines. Very good driver, he'll find your place and drive in. I always order in the summer when the roads are dry.
Make sure your road address is clearly marked. Putting up extra signs is always helpful, you may know where you live but other people don't!

I discovered about 4 p.m. Thursday that I only had about 7% propane left in my tank. I call the office and was told that they'd take care of it. 8:15 a.m. Friday the truck pulled up and filled my tank! I appreciated the fast response.

While I was away traveling, Thompson representative came out to inspect my propane tank after receiving a report from the delivery driver that it should be inspected. Sure enough, it does need to be replaced, and the rep was very accommodating in scheduling the replacement. All involved were very professional, courteous, and understanding/accommodating. Very pleased!
