Love this place so much with various kid friendly activities to play with parents or friends, story time is offered everyday with interactive activities. There is an indoor water system and an outdoor park for kids to play. We came on Tuesday and it is free after 3.30pm. Thanks for the opportunity and keep it clean from staffs and sponsors.

Thinkery is such an excellent children’s museum! There are so many fun activities for children and a very impressive outdoor play space. Even my infant had a nice time looking at all the cool displays! I definitely recommend buying tickets in advance, especially on the weekends.

Absolutely loved it here & my 1-year-old as well! Her favorite was the water area where she played with the toys! It's a small museum but a lot of stuff to see! They have a nice outdoor area too, there is a garage where the museum provides free parking!

Formerly the Austin Children's Museum, this is the benchmark interactive kids' STEM place by which we judge others when vacationing. Pricey for visitors, but a great value for a family membership. Take an extra set of clothes - the water zones are super fun for the kids. Other exhibits can work for up to older kids. Validated parking also helps.

Went with some mom friends- lots of things to do and learn for all ages. We brought 7 girls ranging from age 20 months to 5 years, and they all had a great time. Park in the associated parking garage- you can get 2 hours comped if you bring your receipt in. Two areas have water features for kiddos- they'll most likely get wet so I would do those areas last. We've been a handful of times and definitely recommend!

Thinkery is an interactive children's museum in Mueller Austin neighborhood just a few minutes North of downtown. It has a cool treehouse. Water play with a spot that allows children to simulate a water tornado. Play kitchen that is popular. Annual membership seems to pay for itself after just 2 to 3 visits. At the time of this writing one day per week is free admission - open to the public.

Lots of fun! The kids can explore and let their minds and bodies get some exercise! Great social experience as well for both the children and adults. Bring extra clothes and shoes for the water area! My kids got soaked playing, but had a great time.
