So my brother hired the village realtor. But as I started to work with Thommy I realized that she's very good at her job. There were some aspects of this house sale that was extremely difficult because of my family. Thommy was an expert on dealing with those stresses. She has amazing people skills. I had a great pleasure and an awesome experience dealing with Thomy when I was selling my House in San Lorenzo. She was very professional , knowledgeable and easy to work with. She new a lot about the house market. We listed the house and first weekend we had multiple offers and way above list price. We had an amazing experience with the Village Realtors. We were first time home buyers and had no clue what we were doing. We met Thomy at an open house and she was extremely nice and approachable. We explained to her that we needed assistance with the home buying process. Within a few days of meeting her, she brought us into her office and walked us through every step. We put in a few offers, but it was a little more of a challenge for us since we were using the VA home loan. We would get discouraged and at times felt like giving up, but Thomy was determined to find us the perfect home. After a few months we finally got our offer accepted! During the escrow process, Thomy and her team gave us updates right when they got them. We used loandepot for our loan and our agent was Don. He was very helpful. Don and Thomy work together a lot so the process went extremely smooth. Overall, we couldn’t have been happier with our experience. We would definitely be recommending the Village Realtors
