I was prepared to spend upwards of 12-15k for a European vacation but had a wishlist for my hotel room. There was a $100 up front charge for the Advisor to talk and begin a quote. After some lackluster recommendations that did not fit my wishlist, and about a week going by between quotes (I understand they are busy) I did my own research and was able to find a room that fit my exact needs at a 4star hotel with rave reviews and private transportation from the airport for a total of $550 less than quoted by this group for the same hotel. If you only consider partner hotels, as a consumer I should be told that and not “you may have to sacrifice one of the items on your wishlist.” When I asked to speak with the Owner about moving forward with flights etc, I was dismissed while she raised her voice at me saying it’s up to me whether I use them or not. I genuinely was curious what a Travel Advisor could do for me at that point but Lindsay was clearly not just annoyed but angry that I questioned the service. Plus she was leaving town for a conference and stated I had to wait another week for her additional help. I never asked for my $100 back, I just wanted help. The question was valid and genuine. But I will not have anyone raise their voice at me that way. Ever. Customer service is dead. Be better Lindsay.

I worked with Sue on several options for a two week trip to Hawaii. She was able to suggest several options for where to stay and put together a package that included rental cars, airfare and lodging. Any question I emailed to her was answered promptly with detailed explanations. I never needed to visit the office but was happy to know there was a physical location to stop in if necessary. I would recommend them for future vacations!

I did not have a good experience with Jessica Braack from Travel Leaders. I was going down to Costa Rica and Panama and I was asking for her assistance. We talked for awhile and and I told her about my trip. She than had to take another call without calling me back even though she said she would. My trip wen pretty good, but I'm never going to use Travel Leaders for my traveling needs. Can't trust her/them.

Do not go to this travel agency.they are the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with in my life.linsay shows disrespect .they lie,I would not recommend this agency to anyone.i plan on going on fb ,twitter,and Instagram to worn people to use another travel agency
