Positive: The location is good. Negative: The sheets and towels have been washed too many times. The mattress was comfortable. The hotel needs an upgrade. Judging by pictures in the lobby it is getting a renovation. We just needed a place to sleep as we have family in the area.

Enjoyed our very short stay here on business. Very nice main lobby, attached parking garage. On the higher end price scale, but a nice place. We didn't have time to poke around. Plenty of restaurants in the area too. I would stay there again.

Daniel (Director of Front Desk) contacted me and apologized for everything. He has offered to make the stay better and personally came up to speak with me and apologize in person for how my stay has been. I have updated the overall rating to 4 stars, service rating to 5 stars as Daniel has been nothing but great since I’ve walked in the door and I have also updated the location rating as I have been able to walk to many nice restaurants, bars and shopping nearby that are just a few blocks away.

After the communication with Daniel, I would stay here again, as he really does want to ensure everyone’s stay is the best it can be. But I would hope that the rooms get a little more attention.

I just also spoke with the owner of the hotel and she was very unhappy to hear about everything. She did speak with me to discuss that there are renovations going on and that they are working to improve all of these issues below and wished I had mentioned it earlier so they could have done more to make my stay even better.

Outdated and over priced. There is a guy at the front desk who is wonderful (Daniel), dressed very nice and extremely friendly. The parking garage is confusing, still don’t even know if it is built into pricing of the room or not, guess I’ll find out when I leave. You currently get a ticket from the entrance of the garage, then once you go into the lobby you drop off the ticket. Not sure why, no one asks what room you’re in or anything. Next are the rooms…outdated, dirty, multiple cuts/peeling in wallpaper. There are stains on the curtains, the lamp next to the bed has some liquid spilled on the inside of the shade that you can see when you turn on the lamp. The was also hair on the bathroom door. There was a lump of something hard under the carpet.

We stayed at the Stamford bc my girls had gymnastics meet, and we are very glad we did.
The facility definitely gets an all around 5 star from me.
The rooms were very clean , conformable and spacious, we had a suite . Staff amazingly friendly and so accommodating to me and my family.
Swimming pool awesome !
They have a 24 hr cafè and a restaurant , one of my favorites.
The Main lobby was very very spacious with a bar with couple tv to watch whatever hot that night.
Shout out to management! Brittany and another gentleman that displayed hospitality iv have not seen in a very very long time. Thank you all!

New Rochelle High School Class of 84 had the pleasure of having our 40th Class Reunion at the hotel. The staff, especially Soumaya were fantastic. Our two day event was awesome. Food and drinks were great. Rooms were clean and extremely comfortable. Can't wait to have my next event at this hotel.

Great location and services but they did a fire alarm test around 10:15 lasting 15-20 minutes right in the middle of a conference call. It was so annoying buzzing so loud right next to the room. They could have waited after checkout time of 11. Cannot have a peaceful morning.

Positive: Staff was very pleasant. Checking in and out was easy and there was free parking that was convenient. Negative: The room was dirty and there were lots of stains on the walls and holes cut into the wallpaper. There was also a huge gap (about 1") under the door into the room. The linens were clean, but the everything else felt/looked dirty. Even the countertops.

We stayed here for one night while heading to Salem, MA. I highly recommend it! The room was black light clean! Yes, I took one and checked around! 😂 It was very clean! The bed and pillows were so comfy! Best nights’ sleep we had our entire trip (1 week). Stay here if you get the chance!
