Misty was wonderful while helping us plan our family vacation to Cancun. When I say helpful, she basically did the whole thing, and I couldn't be more grateful. I had never traveled outside of the US with my children, so I was nervous taking them to Mexico. Misty was able to provide us peace and mind while selecting the best resorts for our family and within the budget. We discussed 3 different resorts and it was so helpful that she had been to all 3. I asked 4 million questions about each one, and finally settled on the perfect spot for our family.
She arranged all transportation, all lodging, and excursions. And the peace of mind I had knowing she was just a phone call or text away if anything came up was priceless.

We are currently planning out next vacation with Misty and The Pixie Planner to Costa Rica! I wouldn't do a trip any other way from now on.

Misty and the Pixie Planner are the best! We had an all inclusive resort booked and then saw the resort was having some maintenance issues. She quickly pivoted us to another resort and it was phenomenal! She’s super communicative and really goes above and beyond to ensure that everything about your trip runs smoothly!

I cannot recommend Pixie Planner enough. Rhiannon has been a true gem planning multiple family vacations for us this year. Our first trip was to Cancun and we had a wonderful time. She was amazing helping us to reschedule to avoid a tropical storm and still get back before Beryl hit. Everything has been seamless with quick responses, multiple options for our budget, and quick actions when things shift on a dime. I cant wait for our next vacation.

Misty with The Pixie Planner was outstanding in planning our trip. We had planned a delayed honeymoon due to the timing of covid. We started off with Hawaii until they had fires in Maui. We ended up switching to Cancun and doing an all-inclusive resort. We were given many options to choose from and Misty was so patient with all of our questions. We ended up at Secrets Akumal Riviera Maya. The staff and resort were amazing along with the customer service. This was the best vacation of our lives and we have found our forever travel agent. I highly recommend that you consider using Misty at The Pixie Planner for all of your travel needs. You will not be disappointed.
